Returns or Exchanges Policy

Returns or exchanges will only be issued to you if the product you have received is faulty by the fault of the manufacturer. In the event you receive a faulty product by fault of the manufacturer, we will bear the cost of shipping to return or exchange the product. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and any refunds will be paid into the same account used to purchase the order.
